Columbus, Ohio's J. Rawls and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's J. Sands are pioneers in the midwest independent Hip Hop movement that also included Hi-Tek, Main Flow and MHz. Together as Lone Catalysts, the duo released three cult-followed albums on their own B.U.K.A. Entertainment.
